I really
like your MP3's...
was
browsing around and stumbled across your page.
The
Nightbeat is a really great song. You have an excellent sound...

Hello
Van!
I
checked your songs today and they are awesome! I wish you luck and great
adventures in the mp3 world!

I have
introduced your music to a professional jazz musician & teacher at
UTEP
University of El Paso and I'm sure his enthusiasm will be as impressive as
mine has been when I heard your compositions for the first time!

Hey Van,
Just listened to "Midnight On The Metro". Excellent production. Haunting
orchestration. The bass playing reminded me of Geddy Lee of Rush, one of my
favourite bass players of all time.
Your versatility as a musical artist simply astounds me.
Keep me up to date on how things are going.
Peace,
Brett

Van,
from one musician to another,
I have
to praise and say your music is excellent. Very original and great melodies,
definitely above the rest of MP3 I've been sampling. Great pieces !
Good
luck

Van,
I just
got my very own "Notes to a Friend" and it is awesome! Great
work, a
true masterpiece! I think you should feel very proud of this
work.
It is something everyone can enjoy. I listened to it right away
and was
blown away! Some of the songs sound like movie themes. I can't
help it
but my favorite is still Midnight on the Metro. I checked the
MP3.com
and you are still #1. I'll be getting the word out and maybe
sales
will take off. I don't think I'm going to come close to what
you've
done with my effort. I still can't get over it, ...hey, I know
this
guy!
Ron

Very
recently came across your MP3 music. I'm astounded! I hear shades of Keko
Matsui, is that correct?
Keep up
the uplifting work and please keep giving us MP3!

It's
good to hear music like yours coming out of my home town. I've seen your
name on the countdowns for St. Louis, you seem to be doing very well. I am
also on that countdown, bouncing around quite a bit. I am fairly new up
there, my band is Bayonet Bingo. My music is a little Avant-Garde but I can
really appreciate the music that you make, which requires a lot more effort
than mine. I just get by with a sense of rhythm and a sense of humor. Much
props to you.
Dave

Your
work is superb...we listened to it purely by chance and want to use two of
your songs at our wedding which is on July 24 (less than one month).
A
Heartbeat Away From Heaven would be our wedding song. Listen To Your Heart
would be another we would ask our band to play. Would you be kind enough to
tell us how we can get the written music for these two pieces. We would love
the chance to do this.
Thank
you very much.

Hey Van,
We
checked out a few of your MP3's and really liked your stuff!
Although
your music and oars differs dramatically, we found
what
your doing to be exciting and very tasty as well!
We are
in the instrumental section also.
If you
get a chance check out some of our tunes,
they're
kind of a Satriani/Vai/Johnson vibe.
I think
you'll really like our stuff too.

care,

Hello
Van,
I wanted
to let you know that I've enjoyed listening to your music.
You are
an inspirational keyboard player/composer. I particularly enjoyed Rhythm of
the Universe - melodic yet forceful.
Sincerely,
Rick U
from Tangent Project

I really
enjoyed your work. It's great!
It's
good to hear some real talent. I'm a local (Jerseyville, Ill) St. Louis'n
also. My mp3 is "Herb Patrylo"
Keep up
the great work....

...."Midnight on the Metro" is still my #1 favorite of yours. We play your
CD during the boys bath time and after. I am excited that you are doing
another one. I would like to buy an autographed copy of the new one.
Charlie

Pretty good stuff. Very easy to listen to. This guy does it
all by himself it looks like? Impressive. I give it a thumbs up!
Craig

I liked
the music so much, I ordered a CD. I haven't bought any jazzy, new age,
easy listening, piano type music for a long time. I think Carol will like
it too. It's also nice to know that it supports a local friend of a
friend.
This
MP3.com thing is pretty wild. This is what the Record labels hate most
about mp3. People selling music without a label. Heaven forbid!
Craig

If you
like classical music, Van Sotraidis' piano solo, Listen To Your Heart is
inspirational.

Hello Van!!
I just got your CD, and I've listened to it several times! My favorites are
a "Heartbeat Away From Heaven" "Midnight on the Metro", "More than You'll
Ever Know", "Warm Regards" and "a Slow Day in Zanzibar". Do you write for
Films? Some of your pieces are perfect for that. Your solo piano works are
very touching and moving. They really have so much emotion in them. I'm so
glad we met! I hope you like my CD :-) Thanks again Van for everything, I
hope we'll keep in touch!
Your Friend,
Ryan

Van,
"Midnight on the Metro" is still in my TOP 10 of tunes on MP3. As I have
time to develop some Radio Stations using the new feature that MP3 has
provided, count on being on my station. More people need to hear what
you are doing, as well as some of the other artists I like

Hi Van,
I'm listening to a few of your songs right now (Listen to your heart) just
finished (Dawn of a new day) just started. Very nice, soothing, pensive,
reflective...reminds me of George Winston.
Eliot Levy

Hi Van Sotraidis,
I listened to Listen To Your Heart again. A very beautiful piano song. Just
as beautiful as the first time I heard it.
Thanks!

Hi Van, Playing Listen to Your Heart
now! Very tender and expressive playing!! Smooth and fluid technique! I like
the theme you express here very much...
I'm Smooth Jazz and Instrumental Easy Listening, with more recent forays
into Ambient Jazz...
Cheers,
Phil Traynor
